I am a San Francisco Bay Area-based photojournalist specializing in concert and sports photography. I have worked as a photojournalist for two media organizations: The Daily Californian, UC Berkeley's daily student newspaper, and Independent Newspapers, one of the primary media outlets in South Africa. Currently I'm an editorial assistant for CBS Interactive's review site TV.com.
My work has let me travel and explore—around the world and in my home city.
I was born and raised in Washington, DC and moved to California in 2006 to attend UC Berkeley. I have worked at my university's student paper The Daily Californian since 2006 as a staff photographer, photo editor and news writer. I will graduate from UC Berkeley with a BA in history in May 2010 with extensive coursework and experience in journalism and photography. |
