Sitting outside the courthouse in Cape Town waiting for a photo we had a lot of time to sit. And think.

The day was almost like one of those postcards of the San Francisco bay that deludes newcomers into thinking it’s always sunny here.

Well, that’s what I think they are at least. A few weeks ago I took the BART (or is it just “BART”?) to San Francisco during the week to take a peek at the Ferry Plaza farmers’ market.

Closing pitcher Andrew Bailey #40 finished up the game for the Oakland A’s against the San Francisco Giants. The final score of the game was 1-0.

I photographed the Detroit Tigers versus Oakland Athletics game yesterday at the Coliseum. After shooting with my telephoto I decided to take a step back and force myself to use a wide lens. Not an easy task when you’re behind netting. My images are slowly evolving into a whole portrait of game day, from the crowds to the players, from the hot dogs to the game action.
